Any enterprise services offered by Synra, including commercial platform access, integrations, APIs, payment switching, fraud monitoring, banking infrastructure, onboarding, implementation, or support, are governed by separate contracts such as an MSA, SOW, order form, API terms, DPA, implementation plan, or partner agreement.

The public website does not by itself create a binding obligation for Synra to provide any regulated, operational, or production service.

If Synra grants you access to any API, sandbox, test environment, credentials, or technical documentation, you must not share credentials with unauthorized persons, exceed permitted rate limits, or attempt stress testing without written approval.

• Reverse engineer non-public endpoints, authentication flows, schemas, or security controls.
• Use the API or sandbox for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or competitive intelligence purposes.
• Attempt to bypass monitoring, throttling, logging, access controls, or environment restrictions.

Synra may suspend or revoke technical access at any time to protect platform stability, security, compliance, or other users.

The website content is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, compliance, tax, investment, or regulatory advice.

Any service commitment must be expressly confirmed in writing by Synra.

We may modify, withdraw, suspend, or restrict the website or any part of it at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.

If you discover a vulnerability, security weakness, or suspicious activity relating to Synra's website or services, you should report it responsibly to info@synra.in.

You must not exploit, publicly disclose, or expand testing of any suspected issue beyond what is reasonably necessary to report it in good faith.

The website may reference or integrate third-party tools, software, data sources, or links.

Synra is not responsible for third-party content, services, terms, availability, or privacy practices.

The website and all related content are provided on an as is and as available basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy.
